We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Arvada and would absolutely stay here again. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet and comfortable area. The home offered plenty of space for our group and was very comfortable throughout our stay. The host was fantastic: responsive, accommodating, and clearly invested in making sure guests have a positive experience. This was easily a 5-star stay for us. The owner also shared plans for some upcoming upgrades and a refresh to the property, which will only make an already great home even better. We’re excited to see the improvements and look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Another property cancelled our reservation 2 days before our arrival and we were able to book this home quickly and last minute for a highly reasonable rate! This home was perfect for our older parents, ourselves and a small dog. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was laid out nice and open for everyone to move around. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and great for long walks with our dog. Management was quickly responsive when we had trouble working the thermostat. We would certainly stay here again if needed in the area.

I really appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. The host’s communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel effortless for our team. They were also incredibly flexible, which I truly valued during my trip. I wouldn’t have found on my own and made the stay feel much more personal. Overall, a smooth, comfortable visit that I’d happily repeat.

We booked this home for the funeral of a dear friend’s son. Under sad circumstances, it was touching to arrive to a spotlesssly clean house and a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a thoughtful card. This split-level 4-bedroom home (with a 5th bed in the rec room) has a large fenced yard that made it easy to let our dog in and out. It is directly across the street from an elementary school, but driveway access was not impacted by drop off and pick up. Fairly priced. ✔️ Clean ✔️ Spacious ✔️ As described ✔️ Hosts are communicative in the Airbnb app — and they offer complete privacy. We would book here again.

Honestly this place is such a total steal. I still can’t believe we got 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for this price because the value is just insane. The whole house was super clean and everything was so well maintained. We had a blast hanging out around the pool table and the kitchen had every tool we needed to cook. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet plus having McDonald’s and Panera Bread right outside was a total lifesaver for quick bites. Definitely one of the best deals I’ve found on Airbnb. Highly recommend!

The house was nicely furnished, everything was very clean, we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The beds were large and comfortable, and the host was very responsive anytime we had a question. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. It was in a great location, close to everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here while in town to see a show at red rocks and it was great. convenient location and it's near a park with frisbee golf. comfortable beds and comfortable overall.
