The house was a fantastic place for a group getaway, it was pretty local so we didn’t have to drive so long to get basic housing items. Worth every penny!!

We truly appreciated the host accommodating our very last-minute booking! This home is incredibly spacious with plenty of sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms. The location is convenient, and the newer on-demand hot water heater was fantastic. The home has a very open layout with hard flooring and no rugs - a very practical setup for a pet-friendly rental. If you are looking for a large, functional space in a great spot, this is a great choice. Thanks again for having us!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was perfect for my big family and I. The location was perfect - not far from red rocks, Boulder and even downtown Denver. Very clean, easy check in and alot of amenities. Very cute and updated, it looked just like the pictures. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great home with large bedroom, large beds, and the entire house felt freshly renovated. Close to local restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highways to get to other areas around Denver. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Jialin was an excellent host and answered all of my questions quickly. The house was exactly as pictured and everyone who stayed with us was comfortable and we never felt like we were stepping on each other. Absolutely would stay here again

After a long day adventuring in the Rocky Mountain National Park, it felt great to come back to our stay and feel right at home. Great space, very clean, and the beds were amazing! By far thr best mattresses we have ever slept on in an Airbnb!

Great location, Arvada is a great place to stay and this house was perfectly what we needed for our stay. We were there two weeks and the hosts were fully accommodating and super responsive when we had questions. Would definitely book again when I’m back out there
