I really appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. The host’s communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel effortless for our team. They were also incredibly flexible, which I truly valued during my trip. I wouldn’t have found on my own and made the stay feel much more personal. Overall, a smooth, comfortable visit that I’d happily repeat.

We booked this home for the funeral of a dear friend’s son. Under sad circumstances, it was touching to arrive to a spotlesssly clean house and a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a thoughtful card.
This split-level 4-bedroom home (with a 5th bed in the rec room) has a large fenced yard that made it easy to let our dog in and out.
It is directly across the street from an elementary school, but driveway access was not impacted by drop off and pick up.

I was extremely pleased with the house, location and working with DenverStays. The house was lovely and very comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly - comfortable bedrooms, great open space for getting together with my family and just the right amenities. We were in town to visit our daughter, her husband, and our two-year-old granddaughter. It isn't always easy to have a two-year-old visit a "strange" home comfortably. In other homes, we often spend time moving items that we want her to avoid. That wasn't the case in this home - which I deeply appreciated. There were babygates available, a highchair, and a perfect booster seat. We did not use the pack and play, but it was available. I also loved the location - so easy to get to my daughter, as well as all the areas we love in Arvada. The yard is huge and it's accessible from the house and the garage, which made it easy for us to accommodate our dog. Access to the garage was a huge plus!

Since our home is located in the suburbs, we recommend renting a vehicle to get around. We offer easy and simple garage parking for two vehicles. Uber and Lyft are also easily available.
