Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home except for two locked cleaning closets. The backyard is exclusively available for guests and their pets.

♦ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed in the house or on the property. And please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. ♦ NO SMOKING. Smoking/vaping of any kind or substance is STRICTLY prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests are kindly asked to smoke at the sidewalk and dispose of smoking/vaping waste outdoors and to ensure that smoke odor does not enter the home. ♦ Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, kept off furniture, and walked at least once a day. Please bring your own waste bags and dispose of dog waste in the trash bins. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning due to their pets. * As a friendly reminder, if you encounter any issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to notify us. We would love to address any concerns you may have during your stay. Please note that any requests for refunds regarding cleaning or the nightly rate will not be authorized after check out.

Since our home is located in the suburbs, we recommend renting a vehicle to get around. We offer easy and simple garage parking for two vehicles. Uber and Lyft are also easily available.
