Located 10 minutes west of Downtown Denver, Colorado, our neighborhood is one of the closest suburbs to the city and is tucked in the curve of I-70. This grants residents easy access to downtown, parks, and the mountains. This older neighborhood has transformed over the past ten years to be the place to live with a mix of culture, shopping centers, local restaurants, and more than 20 parks. Areas of interest: Wheat Ridge (38th corridor between Wadsworth and Sheridan) - Right Coast Pizza, Colorado Plus Brew Pub, Clancy's Irish Pub, Stylus and Crate, Bardo Coffee House, Audacity Lounge, El Parasio (authentic Mexican Restaurant 44th/Harlan) and Lakeside amusement park (old school wooden rides) Edgewater (Sherdian/26th on West side of Sheridan) - Edgewater Marketplace (food court style hangout), West 29th Restaurant (fresh farm to table, finer dining), Crumbl cookies, Rupert's at the Edge, Joy Ride Brewing Company, Syrup Denver, US Thai Sloans Lake (Sheridan/26th on East side of Sheridan) - Odell Brewing Company, Sloans Lake has a walking/biking path around the perimeter and is a hub for recreation and events. Guest Access

Guest have access to the entire unit with the exception to the mailbox. Guests must park in our extra-large two-car garage, not on the street. You must provide your email address and download the MyQ app in advance to obtain garage access. For your security, we have a security camera at the front entrance facing the front porch and entry and another overseeing the garage door and rear entry door. We also have decibel noise meters on the front porch and front balcony in order to ensure that neighbors are not disturbed during quiet hours.

Children are not permitted on the balcony for safety reasons. ➟ We charge a nonrefundable pet fee of $60 per pet for stays under a week, $120 per pet for a week, and $180 per pet for over two weeks. We allow up to two. Fees for reservations beyond a week will be charged separately through Airbnb with a special request after your reservation begins. No outdoor space. Pets must be walked. Although some areas are walkable we recommend a car for getting around. Lyft and Uber are also easily available. Reservations include garage parking for two cars with a Level 2 electric charger!
