This place is a gem! Not only it’s beautiful inside, but it’s in a great location. For starters, this is brand new construction and the team has gone above and beyond to make it cozy. The bedrooms are spacious, it has 2.5 bathrooms (!), and a great open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the range is great to cook with. The garage with the EV charger was super convenient, too. And the team were a joy to work with and super responsive. Second, N Park Hill is a great neighborhood in Denver with tons of history! New restaurants and popped up in the area, and the rail stop is a stone throw away. And, if you have a car, you can be pretty much anywhere in Denver/Aurora very quickly — Rino in 10 mins, cherry creek in 12 mins, downtown in 17mins, Boulder in 35 mins. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Denver.

We stayed at this townhouse while our son, who goes to Colorado School of Mines, was recovering from shoulder surgery. The townhouse was spacious with multiple floors and allowed us privacy and the ability to work without disturbing him while he was resting. We spent a great deal of time at the townhome and cooked most meals at home. Kitchen was fully stocked, exactly like photos. Comfortable for both meals and work. Location was close to I-70 and provided a 15 minute trip to both Golden and Denver. We enjoyed use of the garage, especially when it snowed unexpectedly. MyQ garage opener worked so well, we are looking into buying one for our own home. We would certainly consider staying here again on future trips.

Really cute and clean. The bottom level is the living area and kitchen, the middle floor is two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and the top level is a bedroom, bathroom and private little living room space. Very well through out decor and stocked kitchen. There is an in-law unit in the back of the building and you can very easily hear the tenants through the wall. It did not bother us or keep us up as it was only in the bottom area, but I would recommend trying to add sound proofing. There are not a ton of restaurants or grocery store options within a 10 minute radius, so you need to drive everywhere or take the train which is very close by.

Manuel’s place was in a great location to where we needed and close to everything you would need. The Townhouse was a beautiful modern home with all the bells and whistles along with all the things you don’t usually get at other Airbnbs (shampoo, body wash, spices, all the cooking supplies/utensils Tupperware, etc) really was like a high end hotel but better. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Manuel was super responsive even during a holiday. Thank you for the great stay! Cheers!

Awesome place and very communicative host. The house was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and very well-appointed. The kitchen in particular was very well outfitted. The home is very spacious and accommodated myself and 5 other family members easily. The neighborhood is also beautiful and just a few blocks from the interstate, which made it easy to get in and out from downtown, the airport, and different mountain areas. 5 stars all around! I will come back for sure.

Manuel’s place is absolutely gorgeous! Super spacious and clean! Neighbor is great and easy to get to. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. After a long day we found Manuel’s place late and he was easy and quick to get us checked in! Really appreciated his helpfulness and quick response! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again sometime! Thank you!

The location was amazing! We walked to the Perry St station to get downtown multiple times and loved the convenience. We did a mix of street parking and using the garage and really appreciated that it was offered. The house was gorgeous. As a group of four people we really appreciated all having our own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay! The house was super cute and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for getting around Denver. We loved the little touches, especially the board games! It was such a cozy and welcoming place to come back to after exploring the city. We’d definitely stay here again!

We came to town for a Bronco game, and the location was very convenient. Also, Miguel was very communicative, and the unit was very well appointed, very clean, and very comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our time there.
