This house is so peaceful and spacious. The beds are my favorite type of memory foam that you just melt into. The house is so cute and the neighborhood was so amazing to walk my dogs in. I felt safe and comfortable while in the home and the hosts are beyond responsive and wonderful to communicate with. I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Still trying to register what a great time we all had in Colorado. The house made our visit even more special. Kitchen was well equipped with the necessary to cook breakfast for our group of 9. House location was great to have food delivered as well. We had Thai food, sushi and pizza delivered to the house without a hitch. Carrie messaged us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was located in a good area, Arvada was way nicer than Henderson area. Arvada lake was only 4 miles from the spot and it was one of the best fishing spots we found. House was spacious as well, would recommend anyone staying here for a great price.

This house was perfect. Plenty room and had enough supplies in the kitchen to make our stay easier. The pool table was a plus and entertained our college kids every night. Neighborhood was quiet. Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Arvada! We came with a large group - 9 adults, 1 baby and 3 pups, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was large enough for us to have meals as a family, and the backyard was great for the dogs. Communication with the property host was top notch and they answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay again!
